I was hired to establish and then manage the creative side of the in-house “web department” at Level 3. My top responsibilities included:

• Hiring and managing designers and interns.
• Directing the design, creation and then maintenance of Level 3’s 13–localized websites, intranets and extranets.
• Working closely with the technology lead and programmers in all these efforts.
• Overseeing the design and production of ongoing announcements and presentations which were created in various formats (video, animation, email, micro-sites, etc…) and intended for Level 3’s investors, shareholders and employees.
